The Agreement
These terms govern your use of PlayCroco Casino and form a binding contract between you and the operator. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
PlayCroco Casino holds a licence issued by the Gaming Control Board of Curaçao. All gambling services offered through this website are provided under the authority of that licence.
Eligibility

Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
Account Registration and Verification
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in them forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. PlayCroco Casino is not liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your failure to protect your credentials.
We are required under Curaçao GCB licence conditions to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Verification requires government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address. We may also request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Account withdrawals are suspended until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. PlayCroco Casino reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if the source of funds cannot be verified.
Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section, subject to completion of identity verification. We do not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by your bank, payment processor, or a pending verification review.
We do not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side; however, your payment provider may apply charges. Check with your bank or payment provider before transacting.
Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that are stated in the specific terms attached to each promotion. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
The main drawback of the bonus system: wagering requirements range from 30x to 60x the bonus amount across different promotions, and the contribution of different game types towards those requirements varies significantly. Read the specific bonus terms before accepting any offer.
PlayCroco Casino reserves the right to cancel a bonus offer, amend its terms, or withdraw it entirely if evidence of abuse is detected — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics.
Responsible Gambling
PlayCroco Casino supports responsible gambling. Tools available to you include deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion. These tools can be activated through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].
Self-exclusion is permanent for its chosen duration. Once a self-exclusion is in place, we will not accept deposits, honour bonus offers, or send marketing communications to the excluded account for the duration of the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates applicable AML legislation. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. Collusion between players, manipulation of game outcomes, and exploitation of software errors are prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. We reserve the right to report suspected financial crime to the relevant authorities, including the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including software, game content, graphics, text, and trade marks — is owned by PlayCroco Casino or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
PlayCroco Casino is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any direct loss arising from a specific event is limited to the amount you deposited in relation to that event.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect access.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaints process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. You may also seek assistance from consumer protection bodies in Australia, though the governing law remains that of Curaçao.

Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
